Sasha McDowell
Founder
Sasha McDowell is a mindset & performance coach and leadership strategist known for helping leaders communicate more effectively, manage conflict, and build healthier, more collaborative teams. She founded Epicycle Group after a decade in nonprofit leadership, corporate philanthropy, and public-sector roles.
Sasha holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University—an MPA and an MSW—a combination that uniquely equips her to understand both organizational dynamics and human behavior. She specializes in systemic team coaching, executive coaching, and leadership development training.
